SnapDeck Partner Program Terms

These terms govern the SnapDeck partner (affiliate) program operated by Prediturk LLC, 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr Ste 104 #544, Vancouver, WA 98662, and run through BestResult Partners. They supplement SnapDeck's general Terms of Service.

Commission

• 30% of the net amount of each one-time purchase by a customer you refer.
• 20% of each subscription payment by a referred customer for the first 12 paid months.
• A customer is referred when they arrive through your link and create an account within 30 days, or apply your code. The first partner to refer an account is credited.
• No commission on your own purchases, on refunded or charged-back orders, or on traffic from paid search ads that bid on the SnapDeck brand.

Payouts

Commissions are pending for 30 days (the refund window), then approved. Approved commissions are paid monthly once your balance reaches $50, using the payout method in your application. You are responsible for your own taxes; we may request tax forms before paying.

Disclosure (required)

Under the US FTC Endorsement Guides and similar laws elsewhere, you must clearly disclose your financial relationship every time you promote SnapDeck, for example “affiliate link”, “I earn a commission” or #ad, placed near the link and not hidden in a footer. Do not make claims about SnapDeck that it does not make itself.

Not allowed

• Spam, unsolicited bulk email or messages that break CAN-SPAM, GDPR or anti-spam laws.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, incentivised clicks, or misleading coupon sites.
• Bidding on “SnapDeck” or confusingly similar terms in paid search.
• Impersonating SnapDeck or creating sites or accounts that appear to be ours.

Ending the partnership

Either side may end the partnership at any time. We may withhold commissions earned through a breach of these terms. Approved commissions for legitimate referrals made before termination are paid as normal.

Changes

We may change these terms, including rates, with 30 days' notice by email. Changes do not affect commissions already earned.
